The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Seongwook Heo) held the 57th Asia-Pacific Law Forum on April 2nd, 2024 (Thursday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by Deputy Director Joon Hyug Chung , and Prof. Sang Yop Kang, a professor at Peking University School of International Law in China, gave a presentation on the topic of "Implications of controlling shareholders and corporate governance". Former Director Prof. Jaemin Lee, Prof. Woongjae Kim and students participated in the forum and held a discussion and Q&A session.
