●   Promote comparative  analyses of the various legal  regimes in the Asia-Pacific region.


●   Formulate solutions to significant legal issues in the region through academic collaborations and exchanges of ideas within and without the region.


●   Develop opportunities for constructive dialogues among academia, businesses, and governments.


●   Provide support to the developing countries in the region to improve their legal systems, and promote related interactions
