The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Seongwook Heo) held the 55th Asia-Pacific Law Forum on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by Prof. WU Ying-Chieh , and Prof. Mindy Chen-wishart, Professor at the National University of Singapore Law School and Emeritus Professor at Oxford Law School, delivered a presentation on "The Contract Laws of Asia: Transplant, Diffusion & Mutation".
