The 50th Asia-Pacific Law Forum was held under the title "Recent developments of Capital Market and Digital Finance in EU and Germany". Prof. Lars Klöhn (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin) gave a presentation on "MiCAR and electronic securitie - Developments in Europe and Germany -" and Prof. Dörte Poelzig (University of Hamburg) gave a presentation on "Shadow trading in US and EU law". Prof. Joon Hyuk Chung (SNU) and many participants and students attended and held a lively Q&A session.
