The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Seongwook Heo) held the 61st Asia-Pacific Law Forum on September 27th, 2024 (Friday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by the Deputy Director of the Institute Prof. Joon Hyug Chung, and Prof. Geneviève Helleringer from Oxford University, the Deputy Director of the Institute of European and Comparative Law(IECL) gave a presentation on the topic of "The 2016-2018 Reform of French Contract Law ".
