The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Jong-ik Chon) held the 74th Asia-Pacific Law Forum on September 5th, 2025 (Thursday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by Prof. WU Ying-Chieh and Prof. Florian Möslein gave a presentation on the topic of "Automated Contracting: Comparative Legal Perspectives on AI-based and Smart Contracts".
