The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Seongwook Heo) held the 63rd Asia-Pacific Law Forum on October 7th, 2024 (Monday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by the Director of the Institute Prof. Seongwook Heo, and Prof. Anatol Dutta from LMU (Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich) gave a presentation on the topic of "Private law harmonization in Europe: Still a goal of the European legislator?
