The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Jong-ik Chon) held the 84th Asia-Pacific Law Forum on May 14, 2026 (Thursday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by Prof. GuangWen Jiang and Prof. Steve Kourabas(Monash University) gave a presentation on the topic of "The Director as Fiduciary: A Longer Perspective on a Private Accountability Mechanism". Prof. Chung Joon-Hyug, Prof. Kyung-Hoon Chun, Prof. GuangWen Jiang and students from law school participated in the forum and held a discussion and Q&A session.
