The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Jong-ik Chon) held the 78th Asia-Pacific Law Forum on October 30th, 2025 (Thursday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by Prof. WU Ying-Chieh and Prof. Ben Trachtenberg(University of Missouri) gave a presentation on the topic of "Grand Juries in the United States: A Real or Illusory Check on Prosecutors?".
