The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Jong-ik Chon) held the 77th Asia-Pacific Law Forum on October 21th, 2025 (Tuesday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by Prof. WU Ying-Chieh and Prof. Catherine Malecki(Rennes 2 University) gave a presentation on the topic of "European and French approach to Sustainable Boards: still a possible path towards a Stakeholder Corporate Governance?".
