Prof. Lars Klöhn (Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin) gave a presentation on "MiCAR and electronic securitie - Developments in Europe and Germany -" and Prof. Dörte Poelzig (University of Hamburg) gave a presentation on "Shadow trading in US and EU law".
