The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Jong-ik Chon ) held the 65th Asia-Pacific Law Forum on February 24th, 2025 (Monday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by Prof. Joon Hyug Chung, and Prof. Nobuhiko Sugiura from Chuo University gave a presentation on the topic of "Recent Legal systems surrounding cryptocurrencies in Japan and the future of cryptocurrencies:while also incorporating the differences in the background between Korea and Japan".
