The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Jong-ik Chon) held the 75th Asia-Pacific Law Forum on September 29th, 2025 (Monday), at the Institute's Seminar Room, 15-1, Seoul National University. The forum was moderated by Prof. WU Ying-Chieh and Prof. Anthony J. Casey gave a presentation on the topic of "Mass Tort Bankruptcies". Prof. Chung Joon Hyug, Prof. WU Ying-Chieh, Prof. Choi Joon Kyu, Prof. Lee Hye Min, Prof. Aurelio Gurrea Martinez(Singapore Management University) and students from law school participated in the forum and held a discussion and Q&A session.
