The Asia-Pacific Law Institute (Director Prof. Jong-ik Chon) jointly held an academic conference with the Chinese Legal Studies Association in Korea and the Korea–China Law Association on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Room 301 of Building 84 (the Centennial Hall of Modern Legal Education) at the School of Law. The conference consisted of three sessions. In the first session, discussions were held on the theme “Freedom of Panorama: A Comparative Study of Korean and Chinese Copyright Laws Concerning the Use and Limitations of Architectural Works.” The second session focused on the theme “The Quasi-Judicial Nature of the Chinese Procuratorial Power.” The final, third session addressed the theme “Issues and Institutional Developments in the 2025 Amendment of China’s Bankruptcy Law — Focusing on Key Provisions.”
